Add internations/http-mock to composer, add/update HTTP Tests and Request_Client_External Tests, KO7 response return false instead of exception on wrong status code, updated and fixed the following classes: Stream Client, HTTP Client, External Client, Curl Client....for better consistence throw Request_Exceptions instead of KO7-Exceptions
