Merge remote-tracking branch 'qatar/master'

* qatar/master:
  tests: Refactor rotozoom/videogen common code into a separate file.
  tests: Mark some file-internal symbols as static.
  build: Drop leftover .exp pattern from LIBSUFFIXES list.
