• Prepare the requirements listed in COMPILATION.md.
• Run scripts/download.py to download third-party tool binaries.
• Set the QTDIR environment variable to the Qt installation directory.
• Set the OPENSSL environment variable to the OpenSSL installation directory.
• Add the WiX Toolset bin directory to the PATH environment variable.
• Run build.msi.bat.
