Fix whitespace after a semicolon.

Configuration
-------------

``remove_in_empty_for_expressions``
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Whether spaces should be removed for empty ``for`` expressions.

Allowed types: ``bool``

Default value: ``false``
