Rule ``concat_space``

Concatenation should be spaced according to configuration.

Configuration
-------------

``spacing``
~~~~~~~~~~~

Spacing to apply around concatenation operator.

Allowed values: ``'none'`` and ``'one'``

Default value: ``'none'``
