Rule ``php_unit_method_casing``

Enforce camel (or snake) case for PHPUnit test methods, following configuration.

Configuration
-------------

``case``
~~~~~~~~

Apply camel or snake case to test methods.

Allowed values: ``'camel_case'`` and ``'snake_case'``

Default value: ``'camel_case'``
